Someone likely sent you here. That usually means they went through something hard whether a layoff, a career that stopped working, or years in a field that mattered until it didn’t, and they came out the other side with a clearer head and a different job. And at some point in that process, something shifted for them.

That’s what I do. I work with experienced professionals who need to move out of burnout, out of a contracting industry, or out of a role that disappeared and into something that pays and doesn’t cost them everything else. Not by starting over. By taking what they’ve already built and making it work somewhere new.

How this works

This is a structured process, not a coaching relationship where we talk through your feelings until something clicks. We get clear on where you’re going, build the strategy to get there, and handle everything it takes to move: resume, LinkedIn, applications, interviews, offers. You don’t need to become an expert in the modern job market. That’s what I’m here for.

Most people who work with me have already tried to figure this out alone. Some for months. Some with other coaches. They come not because they want to try something new, but because they’ve learned that this particular problem requires expertise they don’t have. That’s the moment this works best.

How We Work Together

Career Pivot Intensive

$3,750 | ~10-12 weeks

This is the right place to start if you’re unclear, stuck, or circling the same questions. It’s a focused, high touch engagement where we build everything you need to move: clarity on your next direction, viable roles identified, a realistic job search strategy, resume, LinkedIn, cover letter, and interview preparation.

Think of this as building the machine. Everything else works better once this is done. This is the right fit for most people.

Pivot Support Membership

$425/month | rolling after a 2-month minimum

For people who’ve done the strategy work and want support while they execute. The market responds in unexpected ways. Interviews surface new questions. Offers require negotiation. This is knowing you’re not doing any of it alone. Includes monthly live strategy sessions, on-demand access between sessions, and course correction as the search evolves.

Application Sprint

$1,750/month | 2 month minimum | limited availability

For people who are clear on their target roles, have strong materials, and are ready to be in market. I handle sourcing and applying for a defined sprint so your momentum doesn’t stall while you focus on the conversations that matter. This works best after strategy is locked. Most Sprint clients have completed the Intensive first.

Career Narrative

$750 | 2 sessions + Deliverable

For people who know where they’re going but aren’t communicating it in a way that’s landing. The experience is real. The problem is translation.

A structured intake before we meet, then a first session where I pull out what’s actually there: the through lines, the transferable functions and skills, what you’ve been underselling. I go away and build the document: your professional narrative, positioning statement, and the text that become your LinkedIn about section and resume summary. Then a second session to walk through what you have and what to do with it.

For some people this is the whole job. For others it’s the thing that makes the search that follows actually work. The $750 applies toward the Career Pivot Intensive if you move into it within 90 days.

Career Development

$1000 | 3 sessions + a month of Clarityflow access | 4 weeks

For people who aren’t in crisis and aren’t leaving but want to be deliberate about what they’re building toward rather than letting it happen by default.

Over four weeks we work through what’s actually worth developing, what your next move looks like, and what steps are realistic in what order. Three sessions for structure, Clarityflow access in between so the thinking doesn’t stop when the call ends. You leave with a written development plan built from what’s actually true about your situation (not a template, not a framework with blanks filled in).
