I know what I want

You’re not here because you’re lost. You’re here because you know exactly where you’re trying to go and you want someone who knows the market to help you get there faster and better than you would on your own.

That’s a different problem than most career coaching is built for. And it’s one I work with every day.

I know what I want

You’re not here because you’re lost. You’re here because you know exactly where you’re trying to go and you want someone who knows the market to help you get there faster and better than you would on your own.

That’s a different problem than most career coaching is built for. And it’s one I work with every day.

You might be in one of these situations

  • Your field is contracting and you need to land one of the fewer jobs left. You’re good at what you do; that’s not the question. The question is how to be the person who gets the role when everyone else in your field is also scrambling for it.
  • You were laid off and you’re piecing together income while you try to get back to stable. You know what you want. You just need to get there before the patchwork stops holding.
  • You’re working more than you should have to just to make enough. One good full-time role would solve it, but finding it and landing it in this market is harder than it should be.
  • You already changed careers – maybe you worked with me before, maybe you did it alone – and now you need to run the search again in the field you moved into. That second search is its own specific kind of hard. There’s almost no useful guidance on it. I work with this regularly.
  • You’re in the Netherlands on a partner visa or highly skilled migrant visa and every career move has a visa dimension attached to it. I’m not an immigration advisor and I won’t pretend to be, but I understand the constraint, I work with it regularly, and I won’t give you advice that ignores it.
  • You’re operating as a ZZP or through a BV and you need clients, not a job. The tools are the same – positioning, outreach, how you talk about what you do – but the target is a pipeline, not an offer letter. I adjust for that.
  • You just got permanent residency and for the first time you can work without restriction. You have real experience and real skills. What you don’t yet have is a clear picture of how to position yourself in a market that doesn’t know what to do with your background. That’s exactly the translation problem I work on.

How I can help

The support falls into two categories depending on what you actually need right now.

If you need help with the search itself – positioning, strategy, materials, getting in front of the right roles and landing them – the transition offers below are where we start. These are structured engagements designed to move you through the full process or support you while you execute it.

If you need help with interviewing specifically – either for an opportunity you already have or for the search ahead – the interview offers exist for exactly that, and you don’t need to be working with me on anything else to access them.

Search Support

Career Intensive $3,750 | ~10-12 weeks

The right place to start if you need positioning, strategy, and materials built from the ground up. We get clear on your target, translate your experience into language the market understands, build a job search strategy, and create everything you need to move: resume, LinkedIn, cover letter, interview preparation. Most people in this category start here.

Support Membership $425/month | Rolling after a 2-month minimum

For people who have strategy in place and want support while they execute. The market responds in unexpected ways. Interviews surface new questions. Offers require negotiation. This is knowing you’re not doing any of it alone.

Application Sprint $1,750/month | 2-month minimum | Limited availability

For people who are clear, have strong materials, and are ready to be in market. I handle sourcing and applying for a defined sprint so your momentum doesn’t stall while you focus on the conversations that matter.

Not sure where to start with the search?

If you need positioning work done before the full search makes sense or if you want dedicated time to build a development plan without committing to a larger engagement, these two offers exist for that.

Career Narrative
$750 | Two sessions + deliverable

For people who know their direction but aren’t communicating it in a way that’s landing. The experience is real. The problem is translation.

A structured intake, a first session where I pull out what’s actually there and what you’ve been underselling, a deliverable document that includes professional narrative, positioning statement, LinkedIn and resume language and a second session to walk through what you have and what to do with it.

For some people this is the whole job. For others it’s the thing that makes the search that follows actually work. The $750 applies toward the Career Intensive if you move into it within 90 days.

Career Development
$1,000 | Three sessions + ClarityFlow access | Four weeks

For people who are employed, stable, and want to be deliberate about what they’re building without waiting until they’re in crisis to start thinking about it.

We work through what’s actually worth developing, what your next move looks like, and what steps are realistic in what order. Three sessions for structure, Clarityflow access between them so the thinking doesn’t stop when the call ends. You leave with a written development plan built from what’s actually true about your situation.

If you’re on a visa and every career move has constraints attached, this offer works for that context too. We build around what’s actually possible, not what would be possible without the constraint.

Interview Support

Interview Readiness $1,000 | 3 sessions

For people with a specific interview on the horizon who want to walk in prepared. Pre-recorded curriculum through ClarityFlow, recorded response critique between sessions, and three live sessions of focused mock interview work. By the end you have a clear story and the ability to handle what the room gives you.

Improv for Interviews $2,500 | 7 sessions

For people who want more than preparation for a single moment. This is a methodology, a technique grounded in improvisational performance that changes how you handle interviews permanently. Not by memorizing better answers, but by building the skill to respond well to anything the room throws at you. Seven sessions to build it until it’s actually yours.

Some people do Interview Readiness first and this after. If that sounds like your situation, reach out and I’ll tell you which makes sense.

For former clients

If we’ve worked together before and you’re back in the market, for any reason, you’re not starting from scratch and neither are we. The transition and interview offers above are all available to you.

And if you want something lighter, a way to keep your career infrastructure current without waiting until you’re in crisis again, Career Continuity exists for that. Four 60-minute sessions used over the course of a year, on whatever your career needs at that moment. It’s not publicly listed. If you’re a former client and it sounds useful, reach out directly.

If you went to my website and wondered whether I still work with people in your situation: I do. Always have.
